LiveUp One-Handed Barbell 10 kg is an adjustable dumbbell made of PE plastic and additionally filled with cement filling on the inside.

They are ideal for performing a multifunctional workout that activates target muscle groups, especially the muscles of the arms and upper body. With only a few types of exercises, which we can easily learn to perform via the web, we can activate the muscles of the entire body, i.e. do a complete fullbody workout.

The bar of the LiveUp Aerobic Dumbbell is made of sturdy PE material with embossed protrusions that ensure a secure and comfortable grip of the bar and a secure grip hold. Such a finish gives a natural feel and prevents the weights from slipping. The two PE fuses included in the set allow stable load distribution on the bar during exercise.
