CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) is a natural ingredient from the safflower plant that includes a group of several chemical forms of linoleic acid, and belongs to the group of omega-6 fatty acids.

CLA supplements most often use CLA isolated from natural sources – safflower and/or sunflower oil. Levovital Tonalin CLA is a product that contains extremely high-quality CLA isolated exclusively from safflower seed oil, in the amount of 3 g of the recommended daily dose.
