Bar with elastic rubber LivePRO

The LP8400 LivePRO elastic bar is equipped with a band that provides different levels of tension: light, medium and heavy. It can be freely adjusted mainly with the aim of strengthening body coordination. It is a full body strength training tool that can be combined with other LivePro products and accessories. Multiple resistance levels provide more exercises, and using a door anchor provides an additional range of exercise options. The double end of the LivePro Resistance Bar allows the user to train with the full range of Elastic Bands with LivePro Power Tubes handles: medium resistance (black-green), strong resistance (black-red), very strong resistance (black-blue).
