The fist focuser is the ideal base for all exercises with fists, elbows, knees and punches with a particularly large target area.

The focuser is made of robust pads with an outer layer of particularly resistant microfiber fabric in a slightly curved design.

The interior has a special 4-layer foam padding, which effectively absorbs shocks and reduces the risk of injury.

For a firm fit on the hand, the area under the palm is additionally padded, and there is also additional padding in the wrist area. So you have the focuser firmly in your hand, and your hand is protected even when imprecise blows are made.

Breathable mesh fabric on the back of the hand distributes heat and moisture.
