Battle Rope LP8172 LivePro training rope is an ideal prop for fitness and crossfit training that improves endurance, explosiveness and strength. An additional protective fabric cover provides better protection of the rope and extends its life, and allows easier use in outdoor areas.

The product grew out of martial arts MMA and UFC systems – it is widely used in gym training, fitness and various circuit training.

The rope may be a bit stiff at first. You can make it softer with a wet warm towel – just clean the rope and let it dry. After a few practices, the rope will naturally become softer and easier to use.
