67% carbohydrates: an important ingredient in “gainers” such as Weider Mega Mass 2000, mainly from a mix of complex carbohydrates such as: corn maltodextrin, wheat starch, oats, corn starch and potato starch. This new combination makes it possible to significantly reduce the sugar content to only 7% of the composition!

19% protein: mostly from a mixture of whey concentrate and isolate.
